For Coaches Pursuing ICF Credentials

ICF Mentor-Coaching

I partner with my mentees to elevate their coaching mastery, deepen their understanding of the ICF Core Competencies, and confidently achieve their ACC or PCC credential.

This page is for coaches-Not for DVM's

Mentor coaching is the formal training process required by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for coaches seeking to obtain or renew a credential.

If you are a veterinarian seeking coaching or mental fitness training, please visit my home page.

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Advanced Certified Mentor Coach (ACMC) recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I focus on 1:1 mentor-coaching to provide individualized attention to my mentees in a collaborative way. I create a safe, structured, and energizing environment that helps coaches refine their practice, bridge performance gaps, and demonstrate elevated skills at their target level.

What Other Mentees Have Said

From a recent PCC mentee

When I decided to apply for my PCC credential, I wanted to find a mentor coach who had both the required credentials from ICF and experience with Positive Intelligence. Thank goodness I found Natalie Fayman.

Natalie's approach combined thorough understanding of the ICF competencies and expectations, thoughtful observations, coach-like questioning, and an excellent balance of support and challenge. She encouraged me to self-assess and also shared her own insights and observations. She encouraged dialogue about my coaching, my learning, and our relationship and process. And she continued learning and researching even as she supported me, sharing new insights into the ICF markers and process.

By the time we completed our ten sessions together, I felt much more confident about my understanding of the competencies and markers, clearer about my own coaching strengths, and had gained some valuable skills and insights. I highly recommend Natalie as a mentor coach.

Questions About Mentor Coaching?

Do these hours meet ICF’s mentor-coaching requirement? Yes — you will receive the 10 hours of mentor coaching required for the ACC and PCC paths.

Do you offer group options? At this time, I work exclusively 1:1 to provide personalized attention to my mentee-coaches.

Will we review both live and recorded sessions? Yes — sessions may include live practice, recorded reviews, or coaching on any sticking points you want to work on, based on what best accelerates your progress.

How will I know a recording is ready? We use competency-aligned criteria and step-by-step readiness checks to ensure your confidence before submission.

Can the cadence be adjusted? Yes! The ICF requires 10 mentor sessions over a minimum of three months. The cadence can be extended beyond that, if needed.
